In our agency and underwriting role, we support clients in originating, structuring, and distributing structured credit transactions, including new issue syndications and secondary market placements. The firm works closely with issuers and investors on deal design, collateral analysis, tranche structuring, and marketing, with an emphasis on transparent communication of risk, cash flow profiles, and alignment of interests.
